Studio Bees and Appletrees

Zus wacht nog steeds op haar vogel-kussen, het komt eraan hoor ;-) My sister is still waiting for the bird-cushion I promised her to make, it`s on its way ;-)

Wat zijn kringloopwinkels toch heerlijk om rond te struinen, al barst m'n huisje al uit z'n voegen, er kan altijd nog wel iets bij, toch? Vooral als het gaat om servies met vogeltjes (!), voor 0,25 cent per kop en schotel  ;-) I love visiting thriftstores, allthough my house is packed with stuff, there's always place for more! I fell in llove with these birdie cup and saucers, at just 0,25 (euro)cent a pair  ;-)

Kelly Rae Roberts begon met schilderen toen ze 30 was. Ze zegt dat ze door kunst haar passie heeft gevonden , en dat dit een onverwachte ontdekking was, die haar leven heeft veranderd! Zijn ze niet heerlijk romantisch deze meidenkamers in poederpastels? Zo zie je maar dat je met een neutrale basis, en wat leuke( kringloop of rommelmarkt!) vondsten, tot een prachtig resultaat kunt komen.  Ik heb mijn plaatjes onder andere hier en hier gevonden...... All you need is room wich has a neutral base and some cute finds (from the thriftshop or carbootsale!), to make your own vintage bedroom.
